Marketing & Sales Strategy - The Court House Warwick

The Court House Warwick is a historic, Grade I listed venue in the heart of Warwick town centre. FiMarketing has worked closely with the team at The Court House to develop their brand and grow their sales.
This large scale project has included logo creation, website build, social media, sales pipeline and business development.

The initial objective for The Court House was to position it as a premium venue at the heart of Warwick town centre while building brand awareness amongst the local community and within the wedding industry. This was achieved by developing a logo and brand guidelines, social media presence and website has.
In addition to this, FiMarketing supported a number of in house events to increase footfall and awareness including Open Days and Film Clubs. The marketing and sales strategy for The Court House Warwick has been built on the definition of key customers for the venue - newly engaged couples and local businesses. Within the first 12 months of working with FiMarketing - confirmed bookings had increased by 69% and lead generation platforms are bringing through a stream of enquiries. With the Coronavirus pandemic affecting the Events sector heavily, The Court House had to change direction from large scale events and weddings to socially distanced meetings, community events and intimate weddings. Despite the restrictions, The Court House Team are hosting events that are permitted by Government rules while building their bookings for 2021 and beyond.
